Last year, Triple C Housing proudly celebrated 45 years of expanding affordable housing opportunities and providing life-changing supportive services to individuals, families, veterans, and survivors of domestic violence impacted by disability, homelessness, or long-term hospitalization. As we move forward, 2025 marks a year of reflection—honoring our past, recognizing our impact, and setting our sights on the future.
45 Years of Stability, Growth, and Impact
Since our founding, Triple C Housing has remained committed to ensuring that those most in need have access to safe, affordable housing and the resources necessary to maintain it. Over the years, our impact has been measurable and profound:
- Near Zero Eviction Rate: With an exceptional .001% eviction rate over 45 years, we have
demonstrated an unwavering dedication to housing stability. - High Consumer Satisfaction: Our residents consistently rate our housing and services 4.5 out
of 5, a testament to the quality and care we provide. - Community Stability: 90% of our residents maintain long-term housing stability,
reinforcing the success of our supportive housing model. - Expanding Our Reach: We have proudly served 350 households across five counties, while broadening services to support individuals with special needs, those who are deaf, late deafened, hard of hearing, and deaf/blind, individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, and survivors of domestic violence.
